Got yesterday but took pics today. Ibanez RG7620 7 string 1999 Japan.Very nice shape for it`s age and has really low action ,plays great. I think I like it.

will you paint this one like one of your previous jobbys? looks kinda like that vampireKiss color ive seen on a bass somewhere. could be the sky reflection though.

I believe it is Vampire Kiss. It had a couple of real small nicks on the bottom edge and I was going to paint small spider webs starting at the nicks but I had some burgundy paint and just touched them up. I think it looks pretty good so I will just leave this one as is,"for now"

What's your tuning?
I use A E A D G B E
Haven't found anyone else who does it like that though. Easier for me to arrange chords for the 7 string that way. Plus, if you're sight reading and can't figure out the whole chord on the fly, you can still cop the bass line with massive sounding power chords.

I have the Schecter tuned Bb F Bb Eb Ab C F present time but usually A E A D G B E . I have the shorter scale Ibby standard tuned with the extra low B for now cause I still like that tuning also.

I never get used to drop tunings. I always play on standard tuning. my k7 is tuned to A standard and all my 6strings are tuned to C standard

  Installed a Dimarzio Liquifire in the neck and a Bare knuckles Miracle Man in the bridge,with all new US parts. Took the grill off the cab repainted the speaker board and am waiting for the individual speaker covers to show up.  And the Cab finished!
